Dambulla

Dambulla dämbo͝ol´ə [key]斯里兰卡,镇中心。一个佛教公益诉讼的地方grimage, it has a well-preserved cave temple complex at Dambulla Rock that dates to the 1st cent. BC There is a recumbent Buddha figure 47 ft (14 m) long. Nearby is Kandalama reservoir and a tourist hotel complex.
