乔纳斯·肯德尔，马萨诸塞州国会议员(1757-1844)

肯德尔,乔纳斯(约瑟夫·肯德尔之父)，马萨诸塞州众议员;出生于马萨诸塞州伍斯特县莱明斯特。1757年10月27日;学习学术课程;在马萨诸塞州的莱明斯特从事造纸业。1796年;1800年、1801年、1803-1807年和1821年担任州众议院议员;1808-1811年在州参议院任职;1803年、1811年和1814年担任学校董事会成员;1822年担任行政会议成员;1816年联邦党总统候选人;作为联邦党人被选入第十六届国会(1819年3月4日- 1821年3月3日); unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1820 to the Seventeenth Congress; resumed the manufacture of paper; died in Leominster, Mass., October 22, 1844; interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
