菲利普·斯图尔特，国会医学博士(1760-1830)

菲利普·斯图尔特马里兰州众议员;1760年生于弗吉尼亚州弗雷德里克斯堡附近;完成预科教育;搬到马里兰州;曾在革命军第三大陆龙骑兵团担任中尉;1781年9月8日在尤托斯普林斯负伤;1782年11月9日调任Baylorâs龙骑兵;中尉，第二炮兵和工程师，1798年6月5日;1800年11月15日辞职;参加了1812年的战争; elected as a Federalist to the Twelfth and to the three succeeding Congresses (March 4, 1811-March 3, 1819); died in Washington, D.C., August 14, 1830; interment in the Congressional Cemetery.
