泰勒，罗伯特·沃克，俄亥俄州众议员;1852年11月26日出生于俄亥俄州马霍宁县扬斯敦;就读于公立学校，并于1872年毕业于俄亥俄州克利夫兰的西储备学院;曾在俄亥俄州新里斯本(现里斯本)的高中任教;1873年至1875年任学校督学;俄亥俄州新里斯本《七叶树州立报》的编辑，1875年至1876年;1877年4月获得律师资格，并在俄亥俄州哥伦比亚纳县东利物浦开始执业;1880-1885年哥伦比亚纳县检察官;在俄亥俄州里斯本恢复律师执业;1890年移居纽约; returned to Lisbon in 1892; elected as a Republican to the Fifty-fourth and to the three succeeding Congresses (March 4, 1895-March 3, 1903); chairman, Committee on Elections No. 1 (Fifty-fifth through Fifty-seventh Congresses); declined to be a candidate in 1902 for renomination; resumed the practice of law in Youngstown, Ohio; appointed by President Theodore Roosevelt to be United States district judge for the northern district of Ohio February 2, 1905; moved to Cleveland, Ohio, and died there November 25, 1910; interment in Lisbon Cemetery, Lisbon, Ohio.
